Giving birth to a child is very difficult and painful to all the women in the world. It is one of those strenuous life processes that takes away all their strength and leaves them helpless. But all the pain and suffering that they go through doesn’t go in vain.

This will help both the mother and the unborn child. By maintaining a calm and peaceful mind, the child is provided with a perfect environment to evolve.

It also helps the mother in keeping herself controlled without getting excited about the birth of her new child. Thus meditation is the key to have a controlled and relaxed mind for both the child and the mother.
