		<description>Maternity leave for men is a great idea but I think the worst part is trying to balance work with a newborn and taking care of a wife who had just given birth. I would not see how giving the fathers a couple of days off (so they don&#039;t have to use vacation time) could have negative effects in any way.  </description>
